#BS4356 On 25 Feb 2022 i placed an order for black jackets online and made payment for R2874.94 A few hours later i recieved an email from branded supplies letting me know tgey did not have stock of the black jackets that i ordered, I then requested them to give me a refund. I was then told they would let the accounts department know so they could refund me. Today is 4th of July 2022 and Im still waiting for my refund, i have send emails countless times asking for my refund, they would answer me back always telling me they would send a message to the accounts department regarding my refund, but now my emails are ignored.. I got a business number for branded supplies 084 580 8366 i have been whatsapping to find out about my refund, also get told they will find out, or its by the accounts department or the company only does refunds once a week.. I have even called the number and spoken to a lady by the name of Alisha, telling me she will find out whats going on and get back to me, which she never did. I whatsapp again asking for my refund and now she tells me i need to email the company and do a follow up about my refund, how will i get an answer if they dont even acknowledge my emails. I have asked her to give me tge owners telephone number so i can speak to them, im told they can not give out the owners numbers. Now today i have whatsapped asking for my refund, the reply i get back is my refund is sitting with the accounts department. I am not impressef at all with this company.. They are a bunch of thieves.. I want my refund back and i want it today, dont u think 4 and a half months is long enough, its not your money to begin with..

Very disappointed
Very poor service they take ur money and u will never receive ur item my heater was never brought to me bt money was taken and yet we live in a world that going through so much and a professional store is scamming people

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
This company deserve no rating. First they are too quick to take your money and add money with every little thing you ask of them. I ordered 20 X A4 Zip Folder It took 4 weeks. And if I was not firm and engaging, I am sure I will be crying fowl.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
This company deserve no rating. First they are too quick to take your money and add money with every little thing you ask of them. I ordered 20 X A4 Zip Folder It took 4 weeks. And if I was not firm and engaging, I am sure I will be crying fowl.

Branded supplies is a scam, thieves!
I bought from Branded Supplies in December but didn't get my order because they were closed. Now they are refusing to refund my money back, they've been open since the 10th January and I've been following up ever since. They have the banking details but won't pay back my money! I want it back!

Bad service
Good day. Bought beginning of December 2021 from branded supplies (edenvale). After alot of promises nothing has been done. No parcel (no goods) received up to date. I canceled the order mid december and ask for a refund. After numerious calls and emails no response from them. This company steals peoples money. They ignore emails and dont reply. Worst company i ever dealt with. Will NOT recommend them at all. People must be carefull of them. To be honest i hope this business close down. Pathetic and useless company.

Refund
I bought items online in November 2021. I got a email stating some items are out of stock. I asked them for a refund. I gave them my banking details as requested. Upto today I haven’t received my refund. They don’t even answer my emails anymore

Ordered clothing 7 day ago 4 working days.... And now still no clothes I took the package on speed post that's supposed to take 2 working days.... They don't answer me if I ask where's my package all they say is they will get back to me, then 5 messages later just sorry Friday was vacation day??? What does it take them 4 days to restart after a off day??? Not my problem I took speed package I want my package asap....

I recently bought Portifolio Folders for the company I work for from Branded Supplies Germiston.Let me say a liitle bit of history about these folders .We use these bags to make a product for our clients and we have been buying them from one company say for the last 10 or so years .However due to the covid pandemic this previous supplier can not import into South Africa any more .So here our life Saver Branded Suppliers comes into the picture .I approached them through their website and emails .Mind you I was not sure if I will get the same quality of folders or not .#WIN Amazingly Branded Suppliers sales lady Maka walked with me through the process of ordering from them and getting the product at our doorstep. I am so happy with their service and definately I will make sure I get all my folders supplies from them from now on .
