Disappointing 😥
I am about to move to a place which was advertised by agents from this company.And the service is pathetic .Very disappointing .I did not expect such level of double standards .They want clients money but can't deliver, if you are a peace loving person /citizen rather stay away from places / buildings advertised by this company .

Spec- Savers Medicross
I had an eye test at Spec-Savers Medicross at the end of October.My eye glasses were long overdue so the optometrist did a comprehensive tests on my eyes and prescribed a new set of lenses. A week later got my beautiful set of glasses. The service I received was professional and world class. #BlackFriday.

Amazon
I have Amazon gift cards that I cant use when I try to purchase on Amazon. I have tried to get help from their support,the only explanation is because I am based in South Africa or something. I am so disgusted at such big company like Amazon cannot fix such a trivial issue.

Seamless service from Dunns Online Shop
Seamless service I recently bought three pairs of shoes from Dunns Online Shop. This came after I saw a Facebook post about nice shoes on special.I went to their website ,easily created an account and placed my order without any hustles.I had a great user experience using their site. Within a week my order was delivered and what I ordered is exactly what I received,correct size ,colour and type of shoes. What amazed me the most is that the order was delivered timeously and I was kept informed all the way . I won't hesitate to buy again and again from Dunns. Well done Dunns!

Lost my hard-earned cash just like that!
Some time back I thought Wukina Hair company was all about its clients,providing the best to its clients and empowering all those who are interested in hair business.However it seems the more they make money the more they lower and lower the standards of client service.I write today after they took my money for an online order and they never delivered the order .I tried to get hold them on their official telephone numbers,sent emails to Maureen one of the founders sent WhatsApps.Nothing was done.I was taken from pillar to posts ,back and forth till I gave up.So I want all who are interested in buying or investing their money in this company to think twice .The risk of losing your hard-earned money is too high when dealing with Wukina Haie.They don't care about clients anymore .

Saved by the Usave employee!
Yesterday I went to Usave on Van Riebeeck Road in Edenvale to buy flip file and some few food items. As soon as I was done with picking my items ,I went to the till only to discover the flip file special price had ceased the previous day .I did not notice that initially so I was adamant the price was the special price which was obviously lower than the normal price. Fortunately the teller was a very patient young man who went to check and brought the displayed price to show me that the special price had stopped the previous day hence I had to pay R10 more for the file .As embarrassed as I was ,I am grateful for the teller's patience who took his time and clarify everything to me . Unfortunately I am not sure about his name (Theo????).

Branded Supplies
I recently bought Portifolio Folders for the company I work for from Branded Supplies Germiston.Let me say a liitle bit of history about these folders .We use these bags to make a product for our clients and we have been buying them from one company say for the last 10 or so years .However due to the covid pandemic this previous supplier can not import into South Africa any more .So here our life Saver Branded Suppliers comes into the picture .I approached them through their website and emails .Mind you I was not sure if I will get the same quality of folders or not .#WIN Amazingly Branded Suppliers sales lady Maka walked with me through the process of ordering from them and getting the product at our doorstep. I am so happy with their service and definately I will make sure I get all my folders supplies from them from now on .

A customer is a king and Always Right!
Early January this year 2021 , I had intentions to purchase a fridge and microwave from HiFi Corp in Park Meadows .Park Meadows is near Eastgate Shopping Centre .I managed to get my credit application approved however I ended up not collecting the goods .The reason was the sales staff member failed to communicate simple conditions and requirements that the shop needed me to fulfill before I could collect the purchased items.Therefore I had to keep on driving to and from the shop wasting time and money only to be asked for another requirement .I finally gave up and decided to go and buy in another shop .I write here today because this is bad customer service and poor communication skills shown by this team at Park Meadows no customer should ever experience ever!

They deliver quality wigs on time.They have great exchange and returns policy .All in all great customer service.
