I am currently at a loss for words. If i could i would post the entire thread of emails with support, who mind you, was not supportive at all. There seems to be a huge shift in seller protection, while the growing ****mer risk is not being dealt with. I have two storefronts on Yaga, This claim is with a recent purchase that was made on my store, where the buyer involved a third party to collect, has made claims. It has been well over a week ( this means the 72hr window for a return or dissatisfactory notes are well past over) ESPECIALLY when the buyer GHOSTED THE STORE! All the advice given by support was to - CONTACT THE BUYER???????? How ? Everything was within terms and conditions of Yaga- but no assistance no email response and A FULL 8 DAYS WAITING FOR MONEY TO BE RELEASED.

I recently had a negative experience selling on Yaga. I sold a pair of shoes that were in perfect condition and matched the listing photos when shipped. The buyer later claimed they broke after wearing them and sent photos showing them damaged and dirty. Despite this, Yaga support ruled that the item is eligible for return and asked me to accept the shoes back in a damaged condition. What is concerning is that this is the second similar situation I have experienced within about a month of selling on the platform. In both cases it felt like the outcome favoured the buyer. In the previous incident, I submitted a support ticket but never received a response. Based on these experiences, I would advise sellers to be cautious when using the platform. Situations like this make it feel like sellers are not well protected and could be vulnerable to dishonest return claims. I would prefer to sell on a platform where both buyers and sellers are equally protected. I hope Yaga reviews how these cases are handled so that situations like this can be resolved more fairly.

As a seller on Yaga, I find this the perfect platform to sell goods. The seller and buyer are both protected where the buyer pays the money to Yaga, and only releases it to the seller when they have received their purchase. This removes any concerns that either side is being ****med. There are also numerous courier options that make posting and receiving items very convenient. The Yaga website is very user friendly. It is easy to find information in the help centre. There is the option of sending a request for any questions that are not covered. In my experience the support team answer quickly and concisely. The Yaga app is also very user friendly, with each user being allocated their own ‘shop’ although you do not have to load any items onto your ‘shop’ if you wish to only remain a buyer. The process of uploading items to your shop is simple. Browsing for items per category or on your favourite shops is straight forward. There is also a search function that makes it effortless to find a specific item, be it a book, an item of clothing, jewellery, or items for your home. If you use the option to ‘like’ shops, you will be notified when the seller uploads new items onto their shop.

account closed citing violation of terms and conditions, i don't sell any counterfeit products and they didn't bother to ask for proof of purchase to prove authenticity of my items... I then i accept this absurd decision and move on,however i have funds remaining on my wallet sadly i cant withdraw my money..Yaga has blocked me since..***** and by the way their trusted influencers sell replica bag unashamingly on the very platform..diabolical
