Excellent service saves the day.
I purchased an item and then had no response from the seller for almost 10 days. I was frustrated and irritated. I lodged a complaint via the app and was to thrilled by the service I received. They contacted the seller, my item was shipped within 12 hours, and 2 follow up courtesy messages to check if I'm happy and if they can do more! So lovely when customer service actually provides a service! Thank you.0 replies
