Never buy online. Poor service and poor communication. With their faulty system, I was charged twice for the items I purchased, I have been asking for a refund and nothing materialised. They don’t see any urgency to take my serious. I always have to call and put on hold for 15 minutes with no resolution
I have to but airtime to call them every second day because they don’t see any need to update me on my claim. Even on that call, the leave me hanging for more than 10 minutes just to come back to tell me the same thing they tell me every week. They don’t care, zero communication, zero respect. My provident fund is still not paid
On the 13th of December, I flew to Pietermaritzburg on the midday flight only to be returned to OR. We took off at 16:35 on to be sent to King Shaka, no communication whatsoever. Last night the 16th of January, the flight to Pietermaritzburg was cancelled, no explanation. This morning, I booked a 6:50 flight and its is now 7:40, still here at the airport because we can’t take off. Their service is very bad, this is the last trip for me with them 😡😡😡

I had registered for my MBA and my company paid in full in January, when the results came in May they said I am owing and they held my results. I had requested the remarking in the 11th of April and my script wasn't marked until may and when I called them, they asked me to resend the remark request and it was already the 10th of May. I had to wait for them to remark and they gave me my marks without the remark and declared I have failed without the remark. Thereafter, I had to wait more than a month as today is the 7th of June I had not received my results. I am calling them everyday without a fail and had been told they are still marking. The supplementary exam is in 4 days time and I do not know where I stand even today. MANCOSA has the worst service I would never recommend to my worst enemy.
I am a breadwinner at home who is now looking to buy her own property. I had a lot of accounts and loans on my name. It was firstly in February 2014 when I approached Manshil and told him I would like to buy a property, he did an assessment which came negative as I could not afford a house but had only about R270 000 disposable income to afford any property.<br> <br> He advised me to settle some of the accounts and come back. I did so and tried again in September in a hope I could afford a R550 000 property but unfortunately I was declined. Manshil kept on encouraging me to work towards my bad credit record so we could start on a clean slide in 2015. I did so and I was only left with two accounts in my name!!! <br> <br> In March 2015 we tried again, I got a property of R570 000!! I still cannot believe from someone who could not afford anything I am now a property owner!! Manshil is a hard working employee.I would send him my documents at 08:00am and by 09:00am I would know the outcomes of my application together with his advise. He would go an extra mile to appeal for me just for me to own the property.<br> <br> He is really a hard worker who deserves a BIG FAT AWARD at Nedbank. Keep it up Manshil
