Why dont you respond to complaints...? Ons n werkende computer boks ingevat vir matrix omdat die rgb fans ophou werk het so was dit agv rgb controller van die box self wat foutief was.... rgb is vervang als het perfek gewerk so is die hele computer terug aanmekaar gesit deur matrix nou werk niks een van die 4 ram ports werk die ander 3 werk glad nie... maar tog het als gewerk daar was geen error codes op die boks nie.... windows is ******* werk glad nie nou wat het gebeur het hulle ram in en uit getrek sonder om af te s***el of hoe dan nou ek weet niks van computers se hardware nie maar ek kan een ding se n 100% werkende boks is nou moer toe na hy deur matrix se hande was.... let wel die boks is onder garentee slegs 2 maande oud..... verkoop matrix dan foutiewe produkte???
Ordered clothing 7 day ago 4 working days.... And now still no clothes I took the package on speed post that's supposed to take 2 working days.... They don't answer me if I ask where's my package all they say is they will get back to me, then 5 messages later just sorry Friday was vacation day??? What does it take them 4 days to restart after a off day??? Not my problem I took speed package I want my package asap....
Wish there was a option to share my conversations with you that I have trying to resolve my problem also wish I could upload photos but besides that I am a new client of gigago and took out the 200mb line but never ever got close to 200mb today 0mb yesterday 20mb really no use to talk to support they keep on sending me the same answer over and over.... No sorry iam not paying for this service if it's not delivered properly.... I want my 200mb line asap....
