I went there to buy a fridge and a stove and I mentioned multiple times to Thelma that I was renting a backroom. I only noticed when I was unboxing that the stove needed to be earthed on the main switch(which i can't do since the main switch is not on my room).I contacted customer service and I was told I could return/exchange since I'm still with 7 days.I called the store and was told that I would get feedback regarding returning the stove after they've spoken to the manager but I haven't been called and I'm just sitting with a stove i can't use.VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Bad customer service from branch management. Complain launched last year November until today no service. Only received 1 call from the supplier in December till today we still sleeping in a torn bed. If not sorted out within 4 working days will escalate it to CPA. OR RETURN OUR CASH WILL GO TO A BETTER FURNITURE STORES. 😡😡😡😡

My name is Monde Mlambo I stay at Florida, with my partner Andile Kunene who have asked me to write this review on behalf. She bought 3 piece couches in Bradlows Jabulani Mall in 2023 with an amount of R65k. She had a problem with them in 2023 of a 2 seater, that had a glue on the sitting space, when she complained, they came to collect it and stated the glue was put by her, that was July 2024. September 2024 a 3 seater had a problem of the sitting part and the head rest were flat or had punched, and all its seaters were not the same size and there was a sound that sounded like ruined springs, just like a bed that loses its guarantee, that was in 2024 in November, they came collected it and brought it back, when it came back they had inflated it worse, opened spaces in between the 3 seater, by that time the same 2 seater that had a problem had been teared just under the seater, and also the 1 seater was also having the same sound that the 3 seater had when it was taken in November, we called and they came to collect after 2 days, that's when she wrote on the invoice that she wants new couches because she cannot accept the fact that there is always something wrong with these couches. This was in January this year, they came collected all the 3 piece wrote a thorough report of the problem and stated that she needs new couches and it has never returned till today. On the 22nd January this year she received a call from the driver who wanted to deliver the same couches that had a problem, mentioning that they want to come and deliver, she just stopped him while she was speaking and told him that she mentioned on the invoice, that she needs new couches, then the guy stated that she would get back to him about the response, that was in January and till today we haven't received anything. What is sad is that we went to Jabulani Mall Bradlows twice, spoke to the store manager on both occassions, named Khotso who promised on both occassions that he would call us back immediately after we went home or the next day after he spoke to the delivering department, she has never received any call from him. This it's the reason why we are writing this complaint. We are so disappointed and heart broken on Bradlows Jabulani Mall and the manager, they have failed my partner and they have failed Bradlows as a whole, they have ruined my trust and faith on the whole Bradlows because the reason she decided to buy from Bradlows was because of the quality that the store sells, was because it has proved itself for many years and today they have failed us. Currently my partner has been diagnosed with Pneumonia and minor Athritis because she has been sleeping on the floor, even though she was using blankets, but still sleeping on the floor has caused problems for her, because she is fragile and gentle and she bought these couches because she wanted comfort, just imagine the frustration, worse the problem was even when she went to the store, she threw the tantrum because of her frustration, then another guy who works there wanted to defend the manager, how come when she is there customer and it states the customer is always right. Can someone please help me to get this complaint forward, can someone please make sure that Bradlows Jabulani Mall be knows for it's bad and cruel service. Sad Customer Monde Mlambo and Andile Kunene

I bought my 2 door wardrobe and cozy night bed on the 13th of December 2024 till today , and it's 14th of January 2025 but still I didn't receive my delivery ,they delivered 2 door wardrobe on 30th of December but the wardrobe it's in the box no one to assemble it , since they have been promising to bring someone to assemble the wardrobe . They are full of lies at Brandlows jabulani mall . Even the Manager is full of lies .
