Been calling multiple times regarding a paid up letter for an account I settled a few months ago.I keep getting transferred,hung up on,**** to and eventually the agent,Lesego told me I'm not the only one that's waiting and even if I call I still won't get it.Her supervisor said I'll get the letter through my email the following day by 1 but I still haven't received anything. They are a total ***** and I am going to report this further to the ombudsman.
I cleared my account on the 13 September and requested a paid up letter shortly after that but I haven't received it since September. I called in yesterday to ask for a paid up letter and the agent told me to call at 2pm which I did. The agent I got at 2pm told me the people in that department are not in and I should call the next day which is today.I called first and they said the lady I was talking to yesterday(Lesego) is in the toilet and would call me as soon as she's done,after 40 minutes of waiting I called back and was transferred 5 times every time I asked for the paid up letter until I ran out of airtime. This is ridiculous.
I went there to buy a fridge and a stove and I mentioned multiple times to Thelma that I was renting a backroom. I only noticed when I was unboxing that the stove needed to be earthed on the main switch(which i can't do since the main switch is not on my room).I contacted customer service and I was told I could return/exchange since I'm still with 7 days.I called the store and was told that I would get feedback regarding returning the stove after they've spoken to the manager but I haven't been called and I'm just sitting with a stove i can't use.VERY DISSAPOINTED.
On the 1st of Jan 2025 spotify double charged me.It made the first deduction at 05:36 and the second one an hour later. I didn't pick it up immediately until I noticed that my Netflix did not get paid because Spotify decided to deduct twice when I had no past outstanding payments or anything that would make them double charge. I contacted them on the 9th and they concluded by saying I should wait 14 days for my refund.its over 14 days abd there's still nothing. I spoke to 8 different agents and still not assisted.This is just pure ***** and I want my money back.
On the 8th I app**** for a contract device with an agent and he told me that my application was successful and I will recieve my order between 2-3 days.Got an sms from DSV courier that the device will be delivered on the 12th.On the 12th I got an sms stating it will be delivered between 12-2pm that day.My order was not delivered with no reason why or communication made.I contacted MTN to let them know on Facebook and the agent told me DSV will get back to me but they only sent an SMS about network issues they were experiencing.I made calls,Whatsapp text and emails to MTN but it seems I'm not being taken seriously. I called and was transferred to a contract agent who was very rude she gave me the direct line to call DSV but when i call I get place on hold for more than 30 minutes. No one in MTN is assuring me that I'll get my device or giving me any feedback.Its as if they don't care as long as they make sales which is just crazy for us as customers.How am I the one that had to contact DSV when it is hired by MTN as their courier/deliver company?
