Bad service Braudes pharmacy Athlone

My son brought the wrong ointment last night then i asked the lady to change it, i even showed her my swollen feet and legs, yet she said they About to close and it was 5 to 10,then and all the staff were still in the pharmacy, the lady turned her back towards me and laughed, while I'm Begging for help even the staff all laughed, after they all know me for being a customer for 19 years, i got this bad service at Braudes pharmacy Athlone
