Bad service Braudes pharmacy Athlone
My son brought the wrong ointment last night then i asked the lady to change it, i even showed her my swollen feet and legs, yet she said they About to close and it was 5 to 10,then and all the staff were still in the pharmacy, the lady turned her back towards me and laughed, while I'm Begging for help even the staff all laughed, after they all know me for being a customer for 19 years, i got this bad service at Braudes pharmacy Athlone

Bad service Braudes pharmacy Athlone
My son brought the wrong ointment last night then i asked the lady to change it, i even showed her my swollen feet and legs, yet she said they About to close and it was 5 to 10,then and all the staff were still in the pharmacy, the lady turned her back towards me and laughed, while I'm Begging for help even the staff all laughed, after they all know me for being a customer for 19 years, i got this bad service at Braudes pharmacy Athlone

Poor Service in at a health wellness
I am deeply disappointed by the appalling service I received at Braudes today. After years of being a loyal customer, I was met with shocking arrogance and rudeness. Imagine being unwell and having to endure someone's ego trip and outright disrespect—it’s completely unacceptable. What’s worse, after reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. Random, unprovoked rudeness has no place in customer service, and it’s disheartening to see such behavior tarnish what was once a trusted establishment.

Vaccine claim
On the 26 of August I went to the pharmacy around 16h30 for vaccine, I asked the nurse before I took the vaccine why the medical aids are charging she said the medical aids not supposed to, I asked then why must we produce our medical aid card she told me they give it to our medical aids for statistics purposes, I took the jab following week I received statements from Discovery medical aid (I am on key care plus plan?) reflecting recent prossed claims R435. 25. The paper that I have says Vaccinator details FELICIA DAVIDS so she lied to me must we pay for free vaccine, I should have went to day hospital then, it is not far the government is failing us as a community and why people with medical aids must pay and other not

A pharmacy like no other!
I was referred to this pharmacy by a friend after I mentioned that my 5 month old son has baby eczema. I contacted the pharmacy via WhatsApp (very convenient) and enquired about cost and operating times. The responses were friendly and efficient. At the pharmacy COVID-19 safety protocols were in place thus it was not over-crowded inside. The medication I received for my son worked like magic to relieve his itching and to reduce the dry and flakiness of his skin. After many different creams and ointments, at Braudes Pharmacy I found the solution!

I came to buy kantrexil for my child. When I opened the medication at home by mistake from the back. Bottle is broken from the back. Came back to the pharmacy their ague mentioned that I could have have let the kids play with the medicine. They don't bothered with the fact what happened between my self and on the way to the cashier infront. They prepared to sell me another medication of 192.07. This is day light robbery.
