I was at Vangate today 2nd of January 2026 time was 2026 I got there was only 1 customer waiting other 2 leaving my order was 71 cashier who served me was a rude lady Mutsvangwa Rhoda customers who came after got served and left so I asked what could the problem maybe the busy she gave me a rude answer that I must ask people doing the pizza she was standing and chatting with her friends at the back I would understand if she was busy and 2 other customers were irritated with her attitude if retail it's wrong field for her she must go and study. Her hair is showing under the food cap she was even wearing it properly, hygiene sies I am so disgusted
I have complained to Bankmed that when I fetch my chronic at Clicks I always have Levi amount my script was written Adco - Zetomax Co click did not have they were giving me Lisoretic I told bankmed they advised me I they cover my chronic fully I went went to. My Dr she change the script to Lisoretic but I went clicks today they asked me to pay R37 Levi I refused I ask them to give me printout to send to Bankmed, Bankmed careless I have complained about this before it's my health and life I pay more than 2k monthly they refusing to cover chronic that is less than R100
I am so irritated with rain I logged a complain to Ombudsman they are not registered their clients cannot complain about them so as consumers we will ****** by rain wifi last month they did not load wifi data for me I asked why no answered me then I was told I am in arreas I asked how I get paid on the 20th they debit on the 20th I have my in my account they can debit they said my card cannot be picked upon their side is been deleted told them it's a lie I purchase 1 gig for R10 I used my card it is there I logged a cancelation *********** agents Jane and Luvo called me said it will be canceled and they will pick up the router I gave them the address now today they debited my account how? Why? They are liers and ******* they couldn't find my card last month how did they find it now why after I canceled I tried to remove my details after I logged cancelation the is no option to do so I want my money asap
I am so frustrated as I am not getting any assistance from rain they loaded my data I have Sim 1 that's the main router that I hardly use then I have 2 extra Sim cards the problem I have Sim 3 balance is not correct I normally get 2g and sms and calls I have never use any of the sms and calls and for some reason this month I did not get them on top of the 2g I normally buy for R10 the 1g my balance reflects less than 1g I have not use it that much I only checked whatsapp messages I try to contact rain no one is assisting me
I have a greenlight policy with old mutual I opened 2008 I never claimed anything my late mom was covered 23/01/2022 she passed on I claimed got pay out but the premium I used to pay before she passed on and the premium after never decreased I tried to find answers why who am I paying for as it can never be the same amount, I requested payment history they told me via email it's not available but they can check what I am referring to using their systems, Old Mutual is the biggest **** and I called the lady I spoke with said she will escalate if she never came back to me, the is no way I can still pay same amount it's a day light ******* Ombudsman need to interfere in this matter asap I have been sending non stop emails no one is assisting me
I missed my premiums I called old Mutual spoke with Denise on the 20th of June she advised if I do not pay the policies they will lapse I made arrange for 1 debit to go off from my old bank account and said I must send an email to request new debits to go on new banking details I' ve been sending emails no one is getting back to me and they are not debiting my bank account I was told by Denise if I dot pay policies will lapse the arrangement was for the 30th of June today it's the 3rd of July
I bought pack of milk 6 inside it's not the first 6 I bought it's is sour dates are BB 02/04/2024 PD 02/07/2023 what an insult first pack I had to throw it away now the second pack it's the same this is a ******* I want one of their representatives to taste the milk this poison to us I can get sick from the milk I have six sour milk at home I bought at Vangate spar the problem is not spar it's Fair Cape because ok mini stores in South Field also the Fair Cape milk is sour, even Checkers one in Muizenburg no no this is not right, what makes me angry I do not have the receipt/ slip to take it back to spar vangate I can not pay for sour milk it is not acceptable I want my money back, I don't care about storage and packaging story need to be extra careful with your products I don't have time for stories I need my money
I was just at woolies at vangate mall purchasing shoes there were 4 cashiers 1 was sitting down doing nothing 2nd one leaned against the wall the other 2 just assisted 2 customers were in front of me when I was done she said I can go to the other till point the lady was supposed to assist me went to join the other 3 the were doing something in one computer not even assisting me I was standing for about 10 to 15 minutes the lady was still sitting minding her own business the other 3 ignoring completely I left I went to food area to pay the one cashier available she was assisting a customer to arrange red roses I was standing for another 10 minutes a lady came assisted me, people shouldn't be working at a retail if they do not know how to handle customers I would understand if the were customers by the first pay point I was alone they just decided after assisting the other customer they will ignore me, it's not the first time getting bad service at woolies even in town same nonsense happened
I am so ****ed of I was just at jet stores in vangatemall I was about to pay for a red jacket the cashiers did not even did not even fold it nice what is worse she put it in a very small plastic I asked her can she use a bigger bag because it does not fit and she did not even fold it she said it does fit, as if I am mad if jet stores sells plastic bags so that our clothes can fit nicely please advise us as customers while I was trying to fold the jacket myself as the cashier striked to fold it she' s got a nerve to say to when I am done folding it I can go swipe the amount the other side what kind of service is that people who are tired to work must go on early retirement and if a person has no good customer service find another job I worked for Edgar's back in the days while I was in Varsity this kind of service is new to me
On the 24th of Dec 2022 at 9h57 was on Saturday I called mtn I was assisted by Babalwa Nginini ref no for the call #1-101668485972, she gave me an excellent service well done lady keep it up, she was friendly, professional and showed perseverance, if I recall previously I was help by Charity and Thando also ladies they were the same unfortunately I did not get their surnames, they showed a good image of the company thank you
