Poor Service in at a health wellness

I am deeply disappointed by the appalling service I received at Braudes today. After years of being a loyal customer, I was met with shocking arrogance and rudeness.

Imagine being unwell and having to endure someone's ego trip and outright disrespect—it’s completely unacceptable.

What’s worse, after reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident.

Random, unprovoked rudeness has no place in customer service, and it’s disheartening to see such behavior tarnish what was once a trusted establishment.
