Good service, but poor communication

The item was delivered on time and with no fuss. However, the company sent no acknowledgment of order, no updates on likely delivery, so until it actually arrived I had no clue whether it would actually be delivered. In addition, there are no contact details if something were to go wrong. They did, however, include a free gift with the order (an electric hair brush).
