Possible scam
I made my order on the 27th December. I got an email saying my order was placed, then silence. I tried email and the website chat window with no replies. I asked for a refund with no replies. It's nearly 3 weeks now, with no evidence that any people at this company actually exist.
At first I thought it was just Christmas/New Year's holidays for a small business. But none of their site's social media links work, and it's well past time when most folks are back at work.
It's so frustrating feeling unheard, with no assurances that any delivery will ever be made despite waiting triple their estimated delivery time.

15 Jan 2022, 09:17Bravest reached out to say their emails aren't going through to their customercare[at]bravest address, and offered a refund where I only pay after my package is delivered. I'll update as things progress.

11 Feb 2022, 22:14Bravest reached out again saying that if my refund wasn't received by Wednesday last week, they would transfer the funds themselves (instead of going via PayFast). Over a week later, many apologies and yet still no refund, and no delivery... almost 7 weeks later!
I'm reporting then to Shopify for running a scam.

21 Feb 2022, 21:49I've given up hoping for my delivery and refund, and have asked my bank to reverse the transaction. I should've checked this site before ordering from them, but we live and learn.
