Goods purchased never received or refunded over 6 months ago
It has been 6 months and me and my fiance have yet to receive the product we paid for or a full refund. Following multiple emails we only ever got one response in January stating they will find out where the package is and put us in touch with their accounts. Though the purchased item was over a month late they even had the cheek to advise that if they refund us and we receive the item we will need to pay for it again The item was ordered in December and till now nothing has arrived. No further responses were received since the initial email in January. This is ****ing ridiculous. We want a full refund for what was meant to be a Christmas Present in Dec 2021. Imagine after spending over 1k for a gift and it never arrives for someone special

I need my f**** refund had enough of this **** company This fraud company it’s only promising for refund it’s almost 2weeks now waiting for my refund this it’s so frustrating 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😡😡😡

Dont buy from them.
Ordered item on the 28th December, they finally responded after my last review indicated it will be delivered on the 11th Jan. It is now a week later and all emails to Jane and their customer care go unreplied. I have requested a refund, Nothing. I will be opening a case with SAP for theft.

Possible scam
I made my order on the 27th December. I got an email saying my order was placed, then silence. I tried email and the website chat window with no replies. I asked for a refund with no replies. It's nearly 3 weeks now, with no evidence that any people at this company actually exist. At first I thought it was just Christmas/New Year's holidays for a small business. But none of their site's social media links work, and it's well past time when most folks are back at work. It's so frustrating feeling unheard, with no assurances that any delivery will ever be made despite waiting triple their estimated delivery time.
