PayFast supports Fraudulent Companies
If you think a business that uses PayFast is legit, think again. They dont seem to do any background checks on their vendors. Was scammed by bravest.co.za and the case was being referred to management. No other feedback has been provided.

Dont buy from them.
Ordered item on the 28th December, they finally responded after my last review indicated it will be delivered on the 11th Jan. It is now a week later and all emails to Jane and their customer care go unreplied. I have requested a refund, Nothing. I will be opening a case with SAP for theft.

No communication, no contact information regarding order
Ordered an item last year, no communication from Company after emailing their customer support. Doesn't look like a valid business when checking google maps.

Vodacom Fibre bad support.
Fibre technical support is terrible, the call centre is ok but they have no way to communicate with the technicians. My fibre has been down since the 19th - call reference SR210219-227046, when the technician finally came around, he didnt have a key to the manhole so couldnt do anything. Provide the tools so they can do their jobs! Then we were supposed to have a team to fix the problem at 12pm on the 2021/02/26 but no one showed. Paying R1500 a month where I can get it cheaper from other vendors, I would expect better service. Totally unacceptable, If I am billed the full rate I will lodge a complaint with ICASA.

Vodacom Fibre down more than it up.
I have vodacom fibre, on friday it went down, i noticed some guys working on the cables, after speaking to them, they were from vodacom and were setting up 3 houses on my road with fibre. It seems they cut my fibre cable by mistake. They said it would be fixed in a few hours. Its been 5 days and phoning the help desk doesnt help. The back office staff are useless. I am still paying for a service i am not receiving.

Vodacom Fibre beware, test your speeds
Paying for 100mb download, in the evenings getting around 10mb download and international bandwidth is seriously limited. How can 10mb adsl be faster than 100mb Fibre?. Been logging calls with them, with little or no feedback. Following calls logged, SR190626-517613, SR190627-520141, SR190628-523033, SR190701-526734, SR190703-532332, SR190703-532386.
