Terrible service
Standard Bank is probably the worst bank ever, their call center agents are incompetent you struggle to get through, when you do get through you can’t understand what they are saying or you get cut off🤬private bankers are useless, fraud department doesn’t know what they are doing🤬you get pushed from pillar to post, an official claim will be logged with the Ombudsman as well as Standard Bank as their service delivery is shocking 🤬Will move business and private accounts and warn everyone against standard bank
