The sheer incomptence and lack of customer centricity!!! I bought a sealy bed and base from a third party. The bed started sagging a couple of months into the purchase. The third party arranged for the mattress to be replaced. Same issue again with sagging. We relayed a complaint to Bravo, they sent someone out to evaluate the issue. Both bed and base found to have manufacturing faults. I am now expected to pay warranty on base, delivery fee. I dont understand a company who quotes T's & C's when they admit this product is defective. Why must i outlay money for a defective product. This company does not care about customers. They do not care about inconveniencing you with additional expenses. We have been dealing with Shandre Buys, no concern or care at all!!! Such a huge disppointment!!! Will never purchase their products & i will continue to share my experience with everyone.
