They are ******. At the last second when you have to pay they can trick you into clicking "Accept and Continue" which then accepts their FullFlex plan and immediately makes you pay for it!!! Dishonest and conniving. There is also no place to contact them afterwards. Just a useless virtual assistant thing.

We booked our flights in February with BRAVOLFY. This month our trip to Bali was cancelled by the airline. Bravofly informed us we must wait untill the airline refunds our money to them before they can refund us. Our accomodation in Bali has been booked and paid for December and we now need to book new flights. However flight prices are going up. I honestly do not believe BRAVOLFY needs to wait for an airline to release flights since we booked through. This is very bad customer service, they are telling us we will have to wait for up to two month for our refund.by the we will not be able to afford flights anymore as it gets closer to December. This is very frustrating. I will give you one day BRAVO fly and i will take the next steps and I will post this on all relevant platforms every day.We need our money back NOW. The airline notified them a month ago about the cancellation and this is hoow long they take to get the process going. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I DO NOT WANT CREDIT. I WANT MY MOENY BACK ON MY CARD!!!!!

I booked for a 10am flight only to receive confirmation from these guys for a 2010pm one. I immediately contacted them via their Live chat & it's been hell, not helpful at all, todag i woke up to a bill of over R3k to change the time which clearly the error was on their side. I spoke to anither agent via the Live chat ( they do not have a local cistomer service number in a countey that they are making bookings for) agent was unhelpful too. Same vague responses. Came to helloPeter & saw many reviews with the same issue. I wish i have seen this sooner because i am travelling with my kids & they are so excited about the flight only to travel at night? Please sort out my issue

Since December 2024, I have been waiting for an update regarding my refund, but to date, there has been no meaningful communication or resolution. Attempts to contact your team have been extremely frustrating. Your phone numbers are consistently inaccessible, and the Telegram channels I have tried connecting with involve different individuals, none of whom seem capable of providing assistance or clarity on the refund process. This prolonged delay and lack of effective communication are unacceptable. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter. Please provide a concrete update on the status of my refund within the next 2 days Failure to resolve this promptly may leave me with no option but to escalate the matter through consumer protection agencies or other appropriate channels. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and restore my confidence in your agency's services. Looking forward to your urgent response.

The worst and worst ever Agent that anyone could use to book the flights, my fellow South Africans please know that Bravofly are ******, they do not have any accessible contact numbers should you have any problem with your flight ticket just know that they will delay you intentionally until you forfeit your monies, in fact the only accessible way to talk to them is via their telegram and that too you will chat with very many people who will always make you hold for a very long time and end not giving you solution, this is what happened to us at airport yesterday, instead of at least trying to put you in the next flight they will tell you that yo have forfeited all your monies which the mistake comes from their side and not yours, I WANT REFUND OF MY MONEY, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME

A flight booking was made through Bravofly in February 2024 to fly from Cape Town to NZ on the 4th of November 2024. On the 4th of November I fell at the Cape Town airport, resulting in a broken leg and was rushed to hospital. The flights were moved and the canceled, all as per the requirements. Was informed that I will get a refund of my flight tickets. After numerous follow up, nothing forthcoming. Bravofly is one of the worst booking agents out there, do not ever book through them.
