The quality is very bad. I bought a blue long cargo pants for work with the idea that it will last longer than the current clothes I wear. What a joke, it only lasted 1 month before being torn between my legs just from rubbing together while walking. You can not advertise yourself as a durable brand when I can get more durable clothes from Pick n Pay clothing. Won't be buying from Jonnsons again
They are ******. At the last second when you have to pay they can trick you into clicking "Accept and Continue" which then accepts their FullFlex plan and immediately makes you pay for it!!! Dishonest and conniving. There is also no place to contact them afterwards. Just a useless virtual assistant thing.
The gym itself is very good. Enough equipment and everything usually works. The sales personnel are scoundrels unfortunately. They had me join while clearly not giving me all the information regarding my membership. They also promised a free bag under false pretenses. "Come tomorrow and you will get the bag." When actually I need to visit 16 times. My membership itself requires a number of visits per month, which they very clearly tried to hide from me while trying to have me join. Now I have also realised that they only count one visit per day, and dont count when I gym in the mornings and the evenings. When I confronted the sales person saying they ****, his response was: " Yeah, sorry about that." This is a disgrace and I have not been this frustrated in a long time. Steer clear from the sales people.
I have continuously asked for a response and explanation from Profmed for services denied due to a pre-existing condition. The procedure was not due to pre-existing conditions and the outcome proved that as well. I have probably asked 6 or 7 times that someone contacts me so I can understand. I am not unreasonable and would like to know why I have been denied, but no one seems to heed my request. I will be reporting to the CMS unfortunately. Shockingly bad service. I am also placing taking out a risk profile and retirement investements with PPS, because clearly they do not have your best interests in mind.
I have had nothing but efficient and good service from Naked Insurance. Easy to sign up, cancel and navigate. Great for vehicle insurance, cheap premiums and you know exactly what you get as well as for home contents insurance. I will see what happens when I claim, but for now I am happy.
Shockingly ************* and difficult to work with. Has been refusing to pay out PMB needs for years. Every time we have to fight and appeal and then they pay out, after operations had to be rescheduled. It has gotten so bad that we have reported them to the health council of South Africa. Now, after cancer has been biopsied and diagnosed, one day before operation, they are asking for a additional procedures. They do not car if the cancer will spread. This medical scheme is not out for your best interest, just their own.
