Absolutely poor service from Brazilia. I bought a shoe at the hemmingways branch end of June. In July the shoe broke, I was asked to provide a proof purchase, which I did and left the shoe with them. They promised to courier it to their head office. A month later, I went into the shop to check on the shoe and it was still there with no communication as to what the hold up is. I continuously go in store to get feedback as they don't send any communication on their own accord. I have sent emails to head office with no feedback as well. I definitely do not recommend them!
