Absolutely poor service from Brazilia. I bought a shoe at the hemmingways branch end of June. In July the shoe broke, I was asked to provide a proof purchase, which I did and left the shoe with them. They promised to courier it to their head office. A month later, I went into the shop to check on the shoe and it was still there with no communication as to what the hold up is. I continuously go in store to get feedback as they don't send any communication on their own accord. I have sent emails to head office with no feedback as well. I definitely do not recommend them!

Upon receiving my order I noticed that one of the shoes is significantly smaller than the other. The return policy is completely bogus, making it almost impossible to return items. Poor customer service!

Worst customer service ever. I bought an expensive handbag from brazilia 3rd time I carried it the bag handles broke. I got a replacement that didnt even last the handles started breaking, the lining inside tore what a waste of money. They refuse to refund me. The quality of their hand bags is so appaling I mean what is this?

If you want the best service, visit one of their stores. Everyone treat all clients like royalty. You can buy the whole shop because of the wonderful treatment you receive. I always shop at their Mall of the North branch. I have been offered the best customer service since day one. Keep up the good work.
