Poor service/booking not honoured.

I purchased The Essence Pamper Package for 2 from Breathe Essence Spa. The voucher was a birthday gift for a friend. She made the booking 2 weeks earlier and upon arrival at the Spa, preference was given to another client and they were told to wait an hour. This delay would not work for her as she booked the 09h00 am slot in order to be able to travel back to Bloemfontein where she works.

They were left unattended and had to keep asking for the lady who was assisting them, the lady never got back to them. Apparently she was busy with treatments. As my friend had to leave, they were told Ryan would assist with a refund via email. They were not given the email address.
