Terrible company - cannot be trusted.

Terrible company to deal with. I do not recommend that anyone use them. Struggling now for 2 years to obtain Regulation 38, They have misled from the get-go, feedback if any is poor and unclear. If you don't chase them they do nothing. When we pointed out their lack of commitment, they informed us that "they do not need to explain themselves" to us the client. They require additional "professional" fees. to go further. Sent them a detailed time-line of events highlighting the gaps and issues, no response. Brings me back to the don't care attitude.
