Disgusting service

I was promised a Mother's Day Bouquet and treats - however there was no communication on delivery, finally that night my mom received the flowers. Firstly it was NOT what I paid for, and secondly the flowers were withered. I then spoke to the owner. He apologized and made promises of resending the flowers. It was meant to be sent on Thursday, but was not received. I then followed up again and he gave me some excuse about suppliers. Basically it's been 2.5 weeks and running, he has not offered a refund and I think we can all agree it's too late to redo mother's day. Extremely poor service, no sense of accountability, no integrity and poor business ethics. I will never ask anyone to use this service again.
