I am disgusted with the service I received from this online business: https://www.instagram.com/regalroseza?igsh=MW9qc3RhNGs5MmRkag== I was promised a Mother's Day Bouquet and treats - however there was no communication on delivery, finally that night my mom received the flowers. Firstly it was NOT what I paid for, and secondly the flowers were withered. I then spoke to the owner. He apologized and made promises of resending the flowers. It was meant to be sent on Thursday, but was not received. I then followed up again and he gave me some excuse about suppliers. Basically it's been 2.5 weeks and running, he has not offered a refund and I think we can all agree it's too late to redo mother's day. Extremely poor service, no sense of accountability, no integrity and poor business ethics. I will never ask anyone to use this service again.
I cancelled my contract with Planet Fitness in October and had to follow up with them on several occasions. Four months later, and they have continued to debit my account, without any confirmation of the contract being cancelled. Currently they have debited about R2000 after the notice period. I have been to the gym about 4 times over the past few months to speak to the consultants and manager, however they are constantly delaying the process and giving me excuses about a systems delay. I have also called on several occasions and followed up on Whatsapp. WHY DO I NEED TO CONSTANTLY ASK THEM TO REFUND WHAT WAS NOT THEIR OWN TO TAKE????? Extremely frustrated.
It was a good overall experience as my stuff was packed and delivered timeously. However I did find the sales consultants to be a bit difficult and not friendly.
I had the worst experience with Afrihost and openserve. I have not been able to connect to the Fibre since last week Wednesday and the team has been extremely uncooperative. Apparently the line was recycled and openserve was going to fix the error. I have called and followed up on numerous occasions and each time the consultants say that they are escalating the issue. I have had no feedback since then that the issue is being resolved. Why am I paying for services I have not received? Why am I the one following up with the service provider? I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
