Unreliable, *********, unprofessional, and unqualified individuals who call themselves plumbers.

They start a job but leave it incomplete, despite the fact that they received their money for both parts and labour. And their pricing is by no means cheap.

Numerous phone calls and text messages go unanswered. If one is lucky to get them on the phone, they promise that they'll be there to come and fix the problem, but they don't come. Neither do they call to say that they'll be delayed. So much fir professional courtesy.

I will be filing two police reports/charges against Brenna Plumbing/Brenna Plumbers/BC Contracting, the names they are currently working under. The first charge will be ******** *****. It's doubtful whether they are professionally qualified or trained plumbers, or whether they are registered business.

The second charge I will lodge at the Durbanville Police Station is a civil claim fir services not delivered.
