Although I only purchased one large item (65 inch TV), and unfortunately, not from Brandon, who had given me aot of advice and assistance about ALL the large appliances that I was looking to buy, if it weren't for him, I wouldn't have bought the TV. It's a pity that he wasn't in the shop when I made the purchase. Brandon deserves a huge thank you and the well deserved recognition from not only his immediate supervisor, but from Game head office. Brandon is a true ambassador for the company.
CTM Vredenburg have total disregard for customer satisfaction. After spending just under R100,000 for materials used in my newly built house in St Helena Bay, they REFUSE to accept return of 4 brand new, never used toilet seats, which are part of complete toilets bought from them less than a week ago. Their salesman Nevil is responsible for ordering and delivery of the incorrect toilet seats, which were supposed to be slow closing. He is WELL AWARE of this, as both my wife and zI spent an hour with him selecting the toilet seats we wanted. I will NEITHER buy anything else from CTM Vredenburg NOR will I recommend them to any prospective customer. Go elsewhere, or buy from CTM in Brackenfell, as they are nor a franchise outfit, but corporate owned.
Unreliable, *********, unprofessional, and unqualified individuals who call themselves plumbers. They start a job but leave it incomplete, despite the fact that they received their money for both parts and labour. And their pricing is by no means cheap. Numerous phone calls and text messages go unanswered. If one is lucky to get them on the phone, they promise that they'll be there to come and fix the problem, but they don't come. Neither do they call to say that they'll be delayed. So much fir professional courtesy. I will be filing two police reports/charges against Brenna Plumbing/Brenna Plumbers/BC Contracting, the names they are currently working under. The first charge will be ******** *****. It's doubtful whether they are professionally qualified or trained plumbers, or whether they are registered business. The second charge I will lodge at the Durbanville Police Station is a civil claim fir services not delivered.
No update on car after bringing it in for a service on a Friday morning, other than they'll try and have it ready. It's Monday morning and still no car or update. Numerous phone calls and texts sent to their WhatsApp number and landlines go unanswered.
The worst fish and chips I've ever eaten, including their so-called tartar sauce. I believe that both the fish and the chips are cooked from frozen.
Being a regular patron, I thought Bossa would be a great place for my friends to celebrate their 28th wedding anniversary. Worst decision! The management were so unwilling and cheap to even provide the happy couple with a complimentary dessert or coffee, which they had asked for. And this was inspired of us spending more than R2,100 that evening.
Today, Monday, 11th November 2024, I decided to drive from Hem**** to Grandwest Casino, bringing with me a group of international visitors. Big mistake! The casino was closed due to a planned maintenance/changeover of their card system. Nonetheless, they didn't bother to mention any of this on their website. Additionally, there were no attendants posted outside of the gates, so I had to pay to go through the boom (okay, when I exit). After arguing with three different attendants once I was allowed to the restaurant area, I eventually got one of the attendants to get the operations manager. He apologized fir the inconvenience, yet he admitted that this scheduled maintenance/changeover of systems was onown to them. I also find it unforgiving that Grandwest Casino could not, or rather not, wanted to inform their retail stores. In addition, the manager had the audacity to tell me that this new changeover costs the company a lot less money for the new cards. Rather than passing on the cost for new ir replacement cards to the public, it works out fir everyone. I wonder why the manager failed to mention that all the costs that they incur, including that of the new system, are quickly recouped in the profits they make from all the patrons who lose their money. An apology doesn't go far. I've been a lotal patron since the casino's inception back in the late 90s. Surely, they should have offered me something. At a minimum, to cover the cost of my oetrol.
Rude, unprofessional, and oblivious about customer service. Even some of the management staff, that is if they're not pitside having a smoke instead of ensuring that things are running smoothly inside the restaurant.
I wrote no fewer than ten email and letters requesting a donation of ANY Tiger Brand product in support of the Sophumelela Sports Association NPO, whose founders, a husband and wife, who have dedicated the last 15 years to providing food and support for 144 children/youth in Blikkiesdorp, Delft. Four months after receiving my correspondence, they finally responded. And it was on the 18th of July, International Nelson Mandela Day. Perhaps their conscience told them to send a response. Thanks for feable attempt to clear your conscience. And again, thank you for nothing. It's corporate business such as Tiger Brands that are a true reflection of how unprofessional they are when they don't have the common courtesies to reply to customer enquiries, in a timely manner.
The owner of this printing business in Oadale, Bellville is dishonest, unreliable, and won't defend himself when challenged, but rather make slanderous statements about his clients when he receives bad reviews. I would suggest thatcyou stay clear of him and his business. I wonder if his business is tax compliant? SARS?
