No update on car after bringing it in for a service on a Friday morning, other than they'll try and have it ready. It's Monday morning and still no car or update. Numerous phone calls and texts sent to their WhatsApp number and landlines go unanswered.

Dear SupaMac Bellville Team, I had my vehicle serviced at your Bellville branch in September. A few months after the service, I noticed consistent oil leaks, which I initially couldn’t trace. I recently took my car in to be assessed and was informed that the incorrect oil filter had been fitted during the service at your workshop. This has resulted in my car leaking oil over an extended period, which not only explains the oil stains where I park but has now cost me R600 to replace the oil filter with the correct one. While I understand that errors can occur, this mistake has directly impacted my vehicle’s performance and incurred unnecessary costs on my end — costs which I believe should be covered by SupaMac, given the circumstances. I initially reported this issue via your WhatsApp line two weeks ago but have not received any response to date, which is disappointing and adds to my frustration. I kindly request that this matter be acknowledged and resolved as soon as possible. I am happy to provide the invoice and feedback from the mechanic who rectified the issue.

The service is very poor, after replacing a mechanical component they did not do the needful to make sure the car is running as it should and after returning it due to the same mechanical issue they are no longer interested in attending to the follow up.

We took our car for service, no problems at all prior to this just normal service, the car came back a s**** car from this workshop. We paid for things they said were wrong with the car a total of approximately R28000 including service and we got 12 months guarantee on the parts they replaced and got problem’s immediately day after service. The car has been giving issues since and when we told them we still having issues with the car, after we had been turned around and dropped car off 3 times for the same issues it came back with, they told us that if we come back again the guarantee will be taken back. Nonsense place and very poor service. Go there if you want to turn your car into troubles.🤬😡

We took our car for service, no problems at all prior to this just normal service, the car came back a s**** car from this workshop. Was quoted for service which was fine - ( Friday 23/02/2024) then told my brake disk needs to be skimmed, when I told them this was done a year ago, suddenly it needs to be replaced. No formal quote given - Brake fluid flush, which is only done on a major service not a minor servie R980.00 - front brade pads/disk skim R2670.00 - when I called Christo to discuss this, he told me there was also wheel alignment (what for) I had to take my car yesterday (26/02/2024)for alignment and balancing after replacing tyres - no alignment was done by Supamac . When speaking to Christo I am to bring my car in so he can check - really I work very close, surely he can take the time out to rectify this situation - BMW charges R335.00 for a brake fluid flush. I have been totally **********. - Communication is terrible from their side. Absolutely terrible
