Was quoted for service which was fine - ( Friday 23/02/2024) then told my brake disk needs to be skimmed, when I told them this was done a year ago, suddenly it needs to be replaced. No formal quote given - Brake fluid flush, which is only done on a major service not a minor servie R980.00 - front brade pads/disk skim R2670.00 - when I called Christo to discuss this, he told me there was also wheel alignment (what for) I had to take my car yesterday (26/02/2024)for alignment and balancing after replacing tyres - no alignment was done by Supamac . When speaking to Christo I am to bring my car in so he can check - really I work very close, surely he can take the time out to rectify this situation - BMW charges R335.00 for a brake fluid flush. I have been totally **********. - Communication is terrible from their side. Absolutely terrible
<p>I have to let you know that I have never received such wonderful service, Ryno from your Brackenfell branch is a diamond, emerald and so much more, he more than went out of his way to help me. I bought a Kia Picanto, got the finance etc, then went to sign last night, half way thru this process it is discovered that my license expired in 2014 (yes 2014) you can imagine my reaction, as I already had the key in my hand. He arranged to fetch me from my house, take me to renew my license, then collected me again to fetch my car (ribbon and all) what a wonderful young man he is. He is truly a huge asset to your company, so again well done and thank you</p> <p><br /> </p>
