We took our car for service, no problems at all prior to this just normal service, the car came back a s**** car from this workshop. We paid for things they said were wrong with the car a total of approximately R28000 including service and we got 12 months guarantee on the parts they replaced and got problem’s immediately day after service. The car has been giving issues since and when we told them we still having issues with the car, after we had been turned around and dropped car off 3 times for the same issues it came back with, they told us that if we come back again the guarantee will be taken back. Nonsense place and very poor service. Go there if you want to turn your car into troubles.🤬😡
I am still struggling to get credit because Lewis Stores made false claims that my records had been updated accordingly and to my surprise again as I go for vehicle finance, I am still listed for bad payment history and it hurts not to be able to move on. <br> <br> My life is on hold; I can not buy a house nor a car. <br> I paid an account and closed it on 22/12/2014 but Lewis Stores still has me listed for not paying from 12/2014 until 03/2015. Just what else am I to do? <br> <br> I applied for vehicle finance again and only found out yet again that they never removed my name with credit bureau but they claim they did in a letter signed by management J. Isaacs last year 11/06/2015. <br> <br> Please fix my records.
Hi <br> <br> I paid off my lewis store account , a closing balance of R 6,623.40+/- in december 2014, January statement comes and I owe R183+/-, I dont understand. On the February 26 2015, I went to the shop to pay this R183 and they tell me NO you have to pay R 4000 something the lady said, I told her she is making a mistake and that I paid closing balance, they told me Not to pay until they look into my account profile which took forever, I called everyday of the week for weeks but no help, they say no the manager will call you after serving this customer, everytime not there or have to callback when she is around they give me the time but I kept receiving smses saying that my account is in arrears, I kept calling each day till I got of the Manager Debbie, I faxed her the proofs of payments. I called her again after receiving another sms saying they are about to take legal action against me then she told to never mind the sms, she sent my profile to head quarters. Its been 3 days since she said that and I am WAITING. I am not happy because this will affect my credit record and I want nothing to do with Lewis stores after all this is sorted. FIX MY RECORD
