I have ordered a coffee machine from this company in January. They have not yet delivered the coffee machine, nor provided a refund. Their response to email is limited (5 replies vs 15 emails). Most emails remain unanswered. The contact number provided on the website, as well as on the invoice, goes straight to voicemail. No other contact details are provided, making recourse very difficult. The company has stated in an email that a refund will be given, but after nearly 2 months, this seems unlikely. Extremely frustrating and disappointing in these difficult economic times.
