Horrible Customer Service

We sold our house and gave a municipal account so that they can see that we are not owing city of JHB. They paid on the wrong account number, that was in November 2022, we had a meeting with Ernest on the 5th of April 2023. He said he will investigate and come back to us with the feedback. We try several times to reach him and requested a meeting on the 20 April 2023. He read our whatsup but he never responded.
