Salome De Bryn No people skills
Purchased a house in December 2024. Attorney was appointed by seller. Salome De Bryn, absolutely rude individual. I had instructed her to hold back funds due to vandalism which was ignored. She never assisted with any paperwork which was requested. Even though we paid for her service, the amount of disrespect received from her was impeccable. She knew the paperwork I was requesting, but totally ignored me and rep**** as if I was stupid. I will be laying a formal complaint about her attitude

Salome De Bryn No people skills
Purchased a house in December 2024. Attorney was appointed by seller. Salome De Bryn, absolutely rude individual. I had instructed her to hold back funds due to vandalism which was ignored. She never assisted with any paperwork which was requested. Even though we paid for her service, the amount of disrespect received from her was impeccable. I purchased a house and the transferring attorney appointed was Brian Albert’s . They have zero customer service.A process that was supposed to take two months took almost six months. They never answered emails it was always a hassle Getty a hold of the attorney. I had to escalate the matter and to management and they also did not respond to my email. They are tha absolute pits. Please know if they have to transfer your property you are in for one hell of a ride. You will wait months on end with little to no communication you will ev n beg them to do the follow ups yourself.

Property transfer
Horrible service that I am currently receiving from Tanya Marnewick. I bought a property and the process started in July 2024 and 5 months later the property is still not registered into my name. When I asked last week when registration is going to take place she tells me that the property was being auctioned by another bank. My question is if she really did her job how is it taking 5 months for her to realise that the property is being auctioned. No communication from her unless I send an email. She dismissed the issue and told me that she is closing for December and will only attend to my matter in January. Horrible service, does not even deserve the 1 star.

Property transfer
Horrible service that I am currently receiving from Tanya Marnewick. I bought a property and the process started in July 2024 and 5 months later the property is still not registered into my name. When I asked last week when registration is going to take place she tells me that the property was being auctioned by another bank. My question is if she really did her job how is it taking 5 months for her to realise that the property is being auctioned. No communication from her unless I send an email. Bad Service.
Bad service from this attorney's. Their Consultant don't put customer first, no feedback given during the process, I was the one doing follow up myself, sometimes my calls was not taken at all. The attorney name was Tanya Marvrick very rude.

Bad Service.

Horrible Customer Service
We sold our house and gave a municipal account so that they can see that we are not owing city of JHB. They paid on the wrong account number, that was in November 2022, we had a meeting with Ernest on the 5th of April 2023. He said he will investigate and come back to us with the feedback. We try several times to reach him and requested a meeting on the 20 April 2023. He read our whatsup but he never responded. I can be contacted at 082 925 1825.

VERY BAD SERVICE 👎 from One of their Consultant Tanya Marvrick. The company will loose client because of her bad attitude and behavior. Unless if her behavior it's fluenced by Ethnic group. I have never been treated so bad in my life, I was treated like I never pay for their service. My consultant was Tanya marvrick she have Bad attitude, she don't care she dont updates. I was the one who was doing follow up to throughout the whole process. I paid this attorney so early full amount but the treatment I got very bad 👎. My bond process took about 9 months to be registered, what does this tells you. Don't do business with these Attorney you will regret

Bad Bad Service
I am very disappointed in a company called Brian Alberts and Sithebe Realty. They sell properties and their Principal Gordon Sithebe is a liar together with the Attorneys they work with Brian Alberts Attorney's. We where sold a very damaged house and we had to fix some things ourselves and we were supposed to be refunded our money before the property can register but they didn't. They send an electrician to come check the electrical issues and he reported that some things are faulty and he will come back to fix after he is paid by Sithebe Realty till today the electrician never came back. We have been sending emails and calling the principal Gordon Sithebe but he always never answers or returns our calls. We have been sending emails to Brian Alberts and they also just ignores our emails and i dont understand how they operate a business. Im really not happy as i paid R750k cash for that house and i would advise people not to buy houses from Sithebe Realty coz as soon as they have the money they no longer care, they just care about their commission and not satisfying their clients.
