I purchased a distressed property from them and all I can say I have been in hell. First of all the transfer took six months to complete then they let the tenant stay in the property upon registration when I was supposed to move in the tenant would not leave. I have still not moved in a week after the property was registered in my name. The tenant has promised to move but at this rate I doubt it’s gonna happen. Meaning I have to get an eviction order. Please don’t buy properties from these people. If I had known I would have never.
I purchased a house and the transferring attorney appointed was Brian Albert’s . They have zero customer service.A process that was supposed to take two months took almost six months. They never answered emails it was always a hassle Getty a hold of the attorney. I had to escalate the matter and to management and they also did not respond to my email. They are tha absolute pits. Please know if they have to transfer your property you are in for one hell of a ride. You will wait months on end with little to no communication you will ev n beg them to do the follow ups yourself.
I order shoes from Nike.com on 26 November . On the Aramex tracking website my shoes have been in South Africa in thei Sandton/ Jhb office since the 28 November. Today it’s 9 December I am yet to receive my shoes or an update on them. I am very disappointed aramex runs their business like a ****a shop. <p>I went to withdraw cash from Capitec ATM at East Rand Mall. I inspected my notes and one of them had its corner klipped. I receieved the note ihn that nature. I tried buying with the money with no successs. So what am i supposed to do cause it is the banks fault and not mine</p>
