DO NOT RECOMMEND
Does anyone have his Facebook? This guy is so rude and impatient Dropping the call in my ear whiles im speaking He doesn't understand the words we're having trouble transfering the money because the account he gave was not from SA and whole list of things i could mention. Wouldn't recommend working with this guy he's rude,speaks to you as if you're stupid and really impatient.

Brian's Wendys and Log Cabins - Do not use
Please do not use this contractor do do building, you will be out of pocket as he runs a service delivery **** (that's what the bank calls it). He will come to your house with a pile of wood and start building then when you pay at certain milestones he just does not come back with the materials to finish job. Brian has endless excuses as to why he can not refund monies. He has quite a few FB profiles for building log cabins and operates under a few different company names.

Brian's Wendys and Log Cabins - Do not use
Please do not use this contractor do do building, you will be out of pocket as he runs a service delivery **** (that's what the bank calls it). He will come to your house with a pile of wood and start building then when you pay at certain milestones he just does not come back with the materials to finish job. Brian has endless excuses as to why he can not refund monies. He has quite a few FB profiles for building log cabins and operates under a few different company names.

Brian Log Cabins - Stay Away ! Do not use!
A warning to anyone that is considering to use Brian's Wendys and Log Cabins. Don't! My experience has been horrific. On the 2nd April 2024 I contracted Brian and his team to build a one bedroom unit. His company seem to check all the right boxes and he was very professional in his answers on additional questions that I asked. After paying commission deposit Brian and his team were on their way to PE from PTA and arrived at my place on the 6th April to start building. I must say I was impressed with the speed that they put up the place. Agreement was that monies would be paid to purchase materials - and thats where the excuses started. I was told that materials in PE are expensive and that Brian went to George to get materials etc. Little did i know a few days later when guys reached roof height that they would pack up and leave and not come back. No materials bought or delivered. Then more excuses and more excuses - on the 10th April they disappeared, never to be seen again. It was thrown back at me that he has a 30 day period to finish build which has now lapsed. I brought in another contractor to complete job but all the "work" his team did had to get torn down as it was not to code. The treated poles were planted into ground (no cement), the floor frame was held together with one nail in each support pole (no bolts or brackets used), the cheapest timber used that already started going mouldy. None of the wood was treated as per quote and the building was not straight. He has made numerous promises to refund me portion of my money to fix building but to date nothing. He keeps on saying he is waiting for another customer to pay him and waiting for the funds to clear - so who every that customer is, good luck. The only review on Hello Peter were probably written by himself. He is a ****mer and a ******! The most unprofessional business i have ever used.

WARNING....*****sters. Arrive with material but not all and ask 70% .They build up to roof level, nothing inside, request 20% and then never comes back. WARNING: Non-delivery, poor workmanship!!
We contacted Brian for a log cabin and agreed for him to build a 6X6 meter cabin. He is based in Pretoria and we were super excited when his team arrived a day early at our premises on the 22nd of March. They built the cabin from a pile of wood within 5 hours and it looked amazing. During the course of the day, Brian indicated that he underestimated the costs of the aluminum windows and doors and needed money to go and buy it. The balance of the invoice was paid in good faith, as he said the team will be on site the next morning. He left to go and buy the windows and doors and that was the last we saw of him and his team. They had 2 corrugated iron sheets short on the original build and the recent rain proved that the roof they had erected was leaking. One of the roof beams was broken while they built the structure and they patched it with a piece of wood. We have heard every excuse, first the bakkie’s gearbox broke, then he admitted that they were finishing the job in Brakpan, then we heard that they were in KZN, then they don’t work on weekends and then it was raining too much. When the rain let up on Tuesday, he just ignored all calls. We eventually said he don’t need to do the work, he must just drop the windows, doors, hardboard and aerolite and we will get someone else to do the work. And yes, we did research Hello Peter and Facebook before contracting with him. I have a voice note where he states that he can just block me and delete reviews I post on all platforms. He has various profiles, on Facebook, i.e. Log homes and nutec houses, Brian Wendy’s and log cabins, etc. When I threatened to post this on his Facebook wall, he threatened that he won’t bring the stuff. I gave him another 5 days grace and now Brian is just ignoring my calls and what’s app’s. I have all the what's app chats and voice notes that Brian sent me.

We meet the guy on Facebook by the name Brian, me and my family we visited Brian at his house in Pretoria we had an agreement with him ,then he started to build our house on the 1st November until tod the project is done everything was on time we paid the money 60% deposit of the contract price he then come to start build our Nutec house,,on roof level we paid again 30% of the contract price,,I recommend him everything was on time and i give thanks to his site manager William 👍
