What an awesome experience with We buy Cars Germiston! I bought a little car and it was a seamless process! I love the detailed reports on the cars-at least you know what you are buying. I had an issue that wasn't listed and called the sales agent and arranged to take the car to them for repairs. Received the car back and all is good. KG, you are a star!!
If I xan give a - star I would. I ordered the buy one get one free pedestals on 21 August 25 and I am still waiting. Jonathan who is some senior manager at Corrienne said their shipping company can't handle the loads an they are now using US Shipping and I should have it in October and we are in November and still no tracking number. Emails are not being answered and obviously no commitment to refund. I still see their ads on FB and I hope that people do their research. It must be a ****.
Topmed merged with Fedhealth, without issuing tax certificates in 2019. According to Fedhealth, they don't have the tax certificates. Nobody is interested in assisting! I now owe SARS R19k.
We contacted Brian for a log cabin and agreed for him to build a 6X6 meter cabin. He is based in Pretoria and we were super excited when his team arrived a day early at our premises on the 22nd of March. They built the cabin from a pile of wood within 5 hours and it looked amazing. During the course of the day, Brian indicated that he underestimated the costs of the aluminum windows and doors and needed money to go and buy it. The balance of the invoice was paid in good faith, as he said the team will be on site the next morning. He left to go and buy the windows and doors and that was the last we saw of him and his team. They had 2 corrugated iron sheets short on the original build and the recent rain proved that the roof they had erected was leaking. One of the roof beams was broken while they built the structure and they patched it with a piece of wood. We have heard every excuse, first the bakkie’s gearbox broke, then he admitted that they were finishing the job in Brakpan, then we heard that they were in KZN, then they don’t work on weekends and then it was raining too much. When the rain let up on Tuesday, he just ignored all calls. We eventually said he don’t need to do the work, he must just drop the windows, doors, hardboard and aerolite and we will get someone else to do the work. And yes, we did research Hello Peter and Facebook before contracting with him. I have a voice note where he states that he can just block me and delete reviews I post on all platforms. He has various profiles, on Facebook, i.e. Log homes and nutec houses, Brian Wendy’s and log cabins, etc. When I threatened to post this on his Facebook wall, he threatened that he won’t bring the stuff. I gave him another 5 days grace and now Brian is just ignoring my calls and what’s app’s. I have all the what's app chats and voice notes that Brian sent me.

My son has a Nedbank account and he has been unemployed for over 12 months. Despite numerous requests to close the account, the account is still open and attracting greenback fees. He has now been handed over for greenback fees that have not been paid!!!!! WHAT MUST ONE DO TO GET SERVICE!!!!!
Standard Bank closed so many branches on the West Rand, with NO online or Call Centre support. Increasing your credit limit.... Go to the branch.... Obtain statements...... go to the branch (not all ATM's give statements). You get to the branch and it looks worse than home affairs. You are guaranteed to get Covid there. Even the queue for the ATM trails past shops into the parking lot!!! The poor consultants try, but even when doing a simple transaction, it takes forever. It just isn't worth the effort.
I am sick and tired of Vodacom's signal being non-existent. The excuses that the batteries have been stolen, just don't cut it anymore. Why can other cellphone companies maintain a level of service?!!! There are 4 Vodacom users in the house and we have been without signal from Saturday (2 days). My sister is seriously ill in hospital and I've had to go out and buy an MTN sim in order to contact her (costs not budgeted for!!!). My son needs his Vodacom sim in order to get his VPN pin to access his work, he has been unable to get it since Saturday. I drove out of the area to log it with your call center and when I press "0" to speak to a consultant, the call reverts back to the IVR. We pay you in excess of R1200 a month and we are not receiving the service!!!!
