Dishonest Business Practice

We paid a deposit for a dress, two days back. We went back today to request to cancel. We were notified upon our first visit that they have 6 brides fitting today. We requested our deposit back, should they get a new buyer. The owner just refused.

This is dishonest business practice, receiving a deposit from more than one bride for the same dress.
