Paint Refund

Bought most of my roof paint from Bright's hardware store at table bay Mall at the end of 2024, taken it back for credit as I did not require. Yes I understand the return policy. It wasn't even open and kept in my garage cupboard for a year, nothing is wrotg and wasn't even opened. Was a 5 liter white solvent paint. Manager calls me back after 3 day's to tell me he can't refund. This is not good business practice. Also I am a resident right next to the mall. I have been supporting this branch from the time I have moved in 2021.
