We had the some problem with this establishment when it comes to medical aid. I will not recommend them to anyone with medical aid as they will do the same to each person working through them.

They have tried contacting us by sending emails to an email adresse that they surely knew was not going through, because every time when an email is not going though it sends an auto reply to the sender stating invalid email address. Where after they also did not call to inform us of an ivalid email addresse they rather handed it over to attorneys.

I will always remember my experience as a doctor's establishment that is just after your money and does not care about the people they give service to. You are just a number to them.

The admin staff are *********** in doing there job and will not go above and beyond what is needed to be done.

I have tried contacting them to sort out the matter, after which they deliberately send us away to talk to attorneys.

Rather use Eugene Marais Hospital. They care more about their people than this establishment.
