Unprofessional Service

I app**** for my daughter to write her IGCSE exams with the British council South Africa. Received excellent service from Belinda Titi.

Now I'm trying to get the dates and venue. I have the most unprofessional and illiterate consultant called Ayanda Mtshali who cant read or reply to the email context? She then calls me and is incredibly rude to me over the phone. She has also now been harassing me over the phone with a second phone call. Disgusted service from Ayanda Mtshali, you are disgrace as a employee / representative to the British council.
