Worst hospital in north west
Absolutely unacceptable service and attitude from staff. Like they wil make you wait longer just cuz they can. In emergency waiting 4 hours to just to be screened by nurse. Broken bones might not be that serious. But the pain is real. Having nothing done and the being treated as a inconvenience for being in pain. Laughing stock of an hospital with blood on every wall and stinking bathrooms you can smell down the hall.

Worst hospital in north west
Absolutely unacceptable service and attitude from staff. Like they wil make you wait longer just cuz they can. In emergency waiting 4 hours to just to be screened by nurse. Broken bones might not be that serious. But the pain is real. Having nothing done and the being treated as a inconvenience for being in pain. Laughing stock of an hospital with blood on every wall and stinking bathrooms you can smell down the hall.

Extremely poor service
Only 1 star because the building is big and clean! July 2025 i was visiting my older sister early bringing her toiletries and i saw other old lady lying on the bed next to my sister's bed and when i came again at 14h00 i found the old lady still sleeping on the same position and when i exemine her she was dead long ago around 6 hours back! Then i notify them of theis negligence! They dont take care of our grannys! Yesterday i took again my little sister MARTHA RAMPAI for her operation! But coming to hospital they gave her a skeleton file and says her file is missing! Later they say is on the top office and again they come and say they have disposed her file and they say the file is being disposed when the patient is not coming to hospital after 6 years but they gave her a date last month august! When i want to meet the CEO then i was told he is busy and i must be assisted by supervisor they were 3 people ( 1 male and 2 females) but i requested the name tacks but non of them had a name tack they only introduce to us by saying their names ! I was furious and i walk out after i discover that there is a possibility of GHOST Workers in brits hospital and patients (9) of were complaining about their missing files and its unprofessional ! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE AS THOSE PEOPLE DONT LOOK AFTER OUR PATIENTS AND THEY ARE KILLING THEM!

Brits Hospital A Failure That Cost a Life
You left a 27-year-old mother of two to die. A young woman with cervical cancer, who still had a fighting chance. She was meant to start radiation. Instead, you ignored obvious signs of a collapsed lung, blue fingertips, low oxygen, visible distress and you did nothing You didn't even realize what was happening. You gave up on her before she gave up on herself. And now two children are growing up without their mother, because you decided she wasn’t worth saving This wasn’t just a mistake. This was neglect. She was still alert. She called her family the day before And you let her die Absolutely shameful. You failed her, and you failed her family

Brits hospital lack of adequate care and resources
Critical patients were left sitting and sleeping uncomfortablly on chairs because of shortage of beds. Little to no regard nor empathy from casualty staff to aid patients and provide them the comfort they need whilst in pain

Brits provinal hospital
My uncle was brought in to brits hospital at 9 o'clock at night i phoned the hospital multiple times to find out what was going on the lady by casualties put the phone down in my hear. Its more than 12hours that passed and not a bed or any assistance what so ever. The first call we did to them the nurse told me we most come and take him home without even doing a check on him. Why do we have hospitals if they cant do their jobs. Call after call they hang up so we cant even find out what is going on
