POOR SERVICE AND MALADMINISTRATION PRACTICE AND *******
I am a registered military veteran on national military veterans database who app**** for a house in 2014 and since my application was handled at DMV and later when I enquire about my house I was told I am on cross province project and they will revert to me and later again I was told "IT SEEMS I BENEFITTED FROM RDP" but when I request from the office of the minister I was told to go and make investigation while in merafong housing they say there is no house under my name and later I was asked house number 6119 in ext 6 is my house but later the information was taken out of the system while I never benefitted from any housing project! I was called from other number in kimberley they were saying I must come and sign for my house while at dmv the guy called doctor and tinyiko and Alfred maringa knows what happened to my house but dmv is doing nothing about that! The p.a from the minister of defence said I must go and find out if is there any house under my name but they are the ones supposed to go and check on their system and if there they must tell me where is that house! In dmv alot of *******ion is happening and nothing is being done about that! I need my house before I cie so that I can leave my children under a safe roof over their head! Director general mafu even the misters of defence and military veterans are doing nothing about these! It's painful to be told of something that you don't have! When is the apropriate steps going to be taken about that officials! I am hopeless and lost confidence in that self enriching department of military veterans

Making happy families
I will really like to thank fochville clicks at president square because realy they made my family happy these black friday as i manage to buy my wife a present of combo ( kettle, jug blenderand, deep air fryer) for R820! As my wife was not having a food blender so after i suprosed her with the combo she was over the moon!!

******* MADIBENG MUNICIPAL COUNSEL
I am very disappointed about the counsel of madibeng local municipality and its ward counsellors, the ward consellor of ward 7 in majakaneng by the name levy which is unreachable on phone and also his brother who took his taking his messages called lawrance as i complaint about a foreigner who had build his house on top of borehole that was supposed to help the community with water and as that stand is not on the map even the house number or electricity box and when i inform them they ran and give the foreigner a number ( 70151) which doesnt exist and the foreigner says he bought the stand but dont have papers! anc in madibeng is so ******* that they only think for their stomach but nothing for the community! The community of majakaneng had been protesting alot for water but the consellor is brave to turn deaf ear to water crisis! People must walk a long distance to buy water while the foreigner had build his house on top of borehole that was supplying water to the community! What must happen when the community go and burn tyres on N4 road? Its what they want and like!! When are they going to install a pump on that borehole?? It is next to house number 70150 at soshanguve section on madiba 2 street!

BAD TREATMENT AND NO CLIENT SERVICE PRIORITY
I am getting my money just varnishing out of my account and the app dont even show where the money went and when i went into capitec bank in fochville i was given a ticket with queue number but i was caught by suprise seeing 4 desk unoccupied but staff just sitting on the desk and other staff members just going up and down and i hear one saying she is going on lunch and other shona guy says dont go to lunch pls assist me first and i will buy you lunch and indeed the lady went to talk to one consultant at desk 9 and the shona guy was called and assisted! I threw them with their piece of paper and went out as i want them to stop my account and will change it to other bank and will inform the personnel office in the army to change my pay not to go to that account! Capitec is useless

Extremely poor service
Only 1 star because the building is big and clean! July 2025 i was visiting my older sister early bringing her toiletries and i saw other old lady lying on the bed next to my sister's bed and when i came again at 14h00 i found the old lady still sleeping on the same position and when i exemine her she was dead long ago around 6 hours back! Then i notify them of theis negligence! They dont take care of our grannys! Yesterday i took again my little sister MARTHA RAMPAI for her operation! But coming to hospital they gave her a skeleton file and says her file is missing! Later they say is on the top office and again they come and say they have disposed her file and they say the file is being disposed when the patient is not coming to hospital after 6 years but they gave her a date last month august! When i want to meet the CEO then i was told he is busy and i must be assisted by supervisor they were 3 people ( 1 male and 2 females) but i requested the name tacks but non of them had a name tack they only introduce to us by saying their names ! I was furious and i walk out after i discover that there is a possibility of GHOST Workers in brits hospital and patients (9) of were complaining about their missing files and its unprofessional ! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE AS THOSE PEOPLE DONT LOOK AFTER OUR PATIENTS AND THEY ARE KILLING THEM!

Rotten iwisa maize meal
Since i send a bag of rotten maize meal to FMCG as they said they want to take it to the lab to see what is that i say the maize is rotten and its been a while now and i am not getting any out comes and according to section 55 of act 2008 stipulates that; i have the right to safe ,goods quality goods and wanty that goods are free of defects and suitable for their intended ! FCD act prohibits selling contaminated or unsafe foods and the presence of worms violate this law. I send the president hyper on their website "www.presidenthyper.co.za and www.premierfmcg.com but the respond is the website is invalid and its evident that section 55 and 56 of CPA has been breached (1)medical expense to go to military sickbay(2)pain and suffering (3)economic loss of bread bought as a substitute!

Premiere foods
I bought a 10kg maize meal (IWISA)at fochville president hyper supermarket on 02/02/2025 and only find out on 10/02/2025 that we have been eating a rotten maize and thats after we( me, my wife and my child) was having a runny tummy and i went to the military sickbay and they gave me tablets to stop the runny tummy! I return the rotten maize to president hyper supermarket and they gave me other bag and i check the expiry date it was all perfect! On the evening of 12/02/2025 i cook supper after i sifted the maize and in the morning of 13/02/2025 i sifted the maize meal to make a soft porridge and only to find out that worms were chanting in the bag and i took the maize back to president hyper supermarket and they told me that they are not the one to be blamed as i must call premier foods as they are the one accountable for that! I spend 5 days eating bread and where i bought the maize never wanted to hear anything pain i gone through and i spend my petrol driving up and down to show them how they ill treat me and premier foods send a courier to come collect the rotten maize saying they want to yake it to lab to see whats wrong with the maize! Then i have all the evidence ( barcode,photos of worms, expiry date contact numbers) it os just that i am BLACK and the background can play a role that i dont have money to sue them for all the inhuman treatment i receive! Since they say they will update me but as a matter of suffering from stress, clinic,hunger , petrol of going up and down! They must take a full responsibility of their actions! I will be happy if these matter can be resolved professionally without judging the colour of the skin and the background!
