The Broadacres Fitment Centre has a problem with the quality of the batteries and the lifespan. I bought a battery for my Outlander in 2015, that battery did not last more than a year, we went back to the store to have it checked and they replaced that battery (no charge) they didn’t even ask for the slip, no new receipt was given for the replacement battery. Now less than a year later this replacement battery has a problem. When the Outlander went for service the service centre said that my battery had a problem and since it was fairly new I should take it back to the store. I took it back to the store and they confirmed that it was their battery and that it was faulty but they couldn’t see that date of purchase markings on the battery, BUT THEY KNOW ITS THEIR BATTERY. However this time they said we must produce the slip so as to ascertain the date of purchase. I only have the original slip of 2015 when I bought the original battery. I didn’t get a slip the first time we replaced the battery in 2016. While at the Fitment Centre another customer also came to complain about their battery as it was also faulty, which leads me to believe that this might not be an isolated incident. So that means if you buy a battery at Broadacres Fitment Centre it will only last for 1 year, so be prepared to buy a battery from them every year and you better have the receipt. How long is a battery supposed to last?

I decided i needed a tonneau cover for the back. I called the Broadacres Fitment Centre and arranged the cover to be installed. I specifically asked for the clipped cover. I dropped the vehicle off and when I collected, they had put on an elastic tonneau cover. On top of this, to get the eyelets in for the elastic cover, they drilled 14 holes around the body work, on the side of the bin. When i told them that they installed the wrong cover, all they did was apologies and offer that i could pay in the difference to install the clipped cover. Now i have holes, on the bodywork of my brand new vehicle...

I dont know what to do, they are not taking responsibility for this and are saying that it was a miscommunication and they are not liable...
