What a fantastic service, all the items in my crate were perfect. They only charged me for what i kept, afterwards. no obligations at all. really amazing!
WOT 4X4 are new to the industry but were able to offer me something unique and different. The quality of the product is very robust. I am very pleased with the package i purchased from them.
<p>I decided i needed a tonneau cover for the back. I called the Broadacres Fitment Centre and arranged the cover to be installed. I specifically asked for the clipped cover. I dropped the vehicle off and when I collected, they had put on an elastic tonneau cover. On top of this, to get the eyelets in for the elastic cover, they drilled 14 holes around the body work, on the side of the bin. When i told them that they installed the wrong cover, all they did was apologies and offer that i could pay in the difference to install the clipped cover. Now i have holes, on the bodywork of my brand new vehicle...</p> <p>I dont know what to do, they are not taking responsibility for this and are saying that it was a miscommunication and they are not liable... </p>
<p>We have been using TRSS for over 3 years at our estate. We have had 3 incidents where their armed reaction was called and they could not find our estate and never showed up. They take weeks to respond to emails and never seem to take responsibility. They overcharge us and double bill us. if we could get out of contract, we would. Shocking service.</p>
<p>I purchased a screen cover for my macbook. Within a day, the cover was lifting and cracking. Contacted support and was ignored. Do not buy their products.</p>
As a first time buyer of property, i was very excited to find the place i had been looking for for some time in the exact area where i was looking. After chatting with the estate agent, everything seemed good and i started to complete the offer to purchase. After taking it home and reading through the contract, i crossed out the clauses which did not apply to me or i did not agree with, now i'm not an unreasonable guy but surly a contact needs to protect both parties involved and not just the seller? when i presented the contract to the estate agent, i was presented with very rude answers and responses. I received little to no correspondence. when i did receive some feed back, it was 20 min before the signing of the contract where she sms's me to say she had changed the contract for me and uncrossed the clauses with out presenting them to me? she also gave me 20 minutes to increase my offer. i responded to her and 4 hours later i got a half hearted response back from her saying i had lost the property as there were cleaner and higher offers. This is fine but if i was notified of this i would have done something to change the outcome. I feel very neglected and dishearted Seeff.
