Broadway Jewellers in Krugersdorp is a ****
23rd Dec 2025 I went in to buy a watch and Amer told me that "stock was low", I then saw the watch and successfully bought one online order #2603. I immediately received one of MANY calls from Amer then was told many sad stories all of which conflicted (their marketing arm is new, they no longer have it, the lady who does refunds is on leave etc) after I smelled a ****, I demanded a refund and was told many newer sad stories- NO COMMITMENT IN WRITING. I still don't have my refund nor R10k watch: YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Fossil watch
I bought a watch from this jewellers in Cape Town and to my surprise they delivered on time and also before the expected date. Such good service, very professional, exceptional pricing and very good quality. Love love love will definitely do a purchase from them again in the near future.

Fossil watch
I bought a watch from this jewellers in Cape Town and to my surprise they delivered on time and also before the expected date. Such good service, very professional, exceptional pricing and very good quality. Love love love will definitely do a purchase from them again in the near future.

For your own peace of mind….. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. What you see on the website is not what you will receive. The only form of refund is your money being loaded on ur store wallet (NO cash refunds) which means only exchanges are allowed. The process to have your items exchanged is seamless but once ur request is logged, there will be no further communication. When you try to call, they will tell you about sending emails or that the sales person I.e Amir/ Amari (whatever the name is) in charge is not available. Almost 3 weeks now and I am still waiting for the watch to be collected. I have never had issues with online stores, but with BROADWAY JEWELLERS, it’s been a very regretful exercise.

Friendly, pleasant, helpful
I saw they sell watches online through Takealot, and discovered they have their own website. I found the Casio watch I wanted, and so I took a drive out to Krugersdorp to see the watch, and decide if it was the one for me. What a pleasant experience! No hard sell, just friendly, courteous assistance and advice. They gave me a good price, and I am very satisfied with my watch. Highly recommended.

I purchased a watch online which ending up being too big for my wrist. When I tried to reach the team via email for an exchange. No response was given. I called no assistance given either . This is NOT a reputable business. They take your money and hide . No after sales and no customer care at all . Both online and Table bay numbers are unavailable. I do not recommend dealing with this ‘company ‘
