For your own peace of mind….. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
What you see on the website is not what you will receive. The only form of refund is your money being loaded on ur store wallet (NO cash refunds) which means only exchanges are allowed.
The process to have your items exchanged is seamless but once ur request is logged, there will be no further communication. When you try to call, they will tell you about sending emails or that the sales person I.e Amir/ Amari (whatever the name is) in charge is not available.
Almost 3 weeks now and I am still waiting for the watch to be collected.
I have never had issues with online stores, but with BROADWAY JEWELLERS, it’s been a very regretful exercise.
