I visited Brooklyn mall on the 3rd of June 2023
I left the mall between 8 and 9pm. I paid my ticket which was R10 using R100 and the machine didn't refund me. I called the security we selected help and the lady who was on duty she said she will deposit my money on my account before 12 Sunday when the manager comes in.
I didn't receive a sent or a call I then called I was told to call on Monday. Tuesday I called I spoke to a supervisor who claimed she can't find me in cameras at 1st, 2ndly she then say she can see me holding R100 but I didn't insert it. Meaning my ticket was not paid, I asked her how did I exit the parking without paying my ticket, she said she doesn't know she relays on cctv and she will send the fortage. Which she didn't send, honestly this is not about money but I don't love being ******. I want the proof of that cctv as I was promised.
She even stated she counted the money there was no additions but it means it must be less since they claiming my ticket was not paid.
I need assistance with this matter we can't be ****** and turned into suspects. My number 0813502256
