Constant incorrect information

Ive been trying to resolve this for years, while paying monthly instalments. Constant incorrect information being received, resulting in my inability to finalise this matter. Emails sent go unanswered. Earlier communications with complaints department remain unresolved. Please assist, as I constantly receive phone calls which are frequently not spoken by the company, but hung up. Today another one threatening legal action, while there is an arrangement in place.
