Brooks & Michaels doing the old dodgy do's

Where to start with this skidmark of a company...

Not only is this business still holding our rental deposit after 4 months when we try contact the agent she puts the phone down in our ear and says we are being aggressive towards her after our lease states, they were supposed to pay our initial deposit+interest back after a period not exceeding 14 days.

So now its on to the Housing Tribunal

Do yourself a strong favor and never deal with this company ever.
